BUYING – PAYING – SHIPPING
• PURCHASE OF ARTWORK(S)
Placing a purchase-order on our website does not require an instant payment. Place order button functions as a purchase request and reserves the artwork(s) for 10 days. We reserve the artwork(s) straight away and contact you within 2 working days with further information on how to proceed with the purchase. Please read on for further details.
You can browse artworks in the Portfolio or Shop sections. Select the one you like and click BUY NOW (if you browsing in Portfolio) or Add to cart (if you browsing via the Shop). Once you are happy with your cart items click Proceed to Checkout and fill out the form. You will need to provide your billing and shipping address, and choose a delivery option. To complete the purchase request click Place order. Once you click Place order, we will reserve the artwork(s) straight away under the name provided in the billing address. We will provide a pre-payment invoice via email within 2 working days.

Payment Methods – we currently accept payments via:
- Direct Transfer
- Cash (if you choose to collect the artwork(s) in person or from the gallery)

The pre-payment invoice will be sent via e-mail, and we will ask you to confirm that you are satisfied with the quote and shipping method, and agreed to proceed with the payment. Once your payment is processed, we will email you the invoice confirming that the payment has been received. The artwork(s) are then dispatched within 3 working days, and you will receive all relevant tracking details. The hard copy of the invoice will also be provided with the artwork(s) upon delivery/collection.
• SHIPPING OF ARTWORK(S):
Shipping is available Worldwide. The purchased artwork(s) will be delivered to you by the courier to the shipping address provided. By a default, we ship with Tracking & Signature service, and the artwork(s) are delivered within a time defined by the courier companies. If you require express delivery, please get in touch.
Worldwide: International shipping cost varies greatly depending on a destination and the size & weight of the artwork(s). Therefore we provide as a customised quote for each international delivery. We calculate international shipping cost based on Tracking & Signature service. Delivery within The European Union usually takes 5-9 working days. Worldwide shipping takes 2-3 weeks. If you require express delivery, please get in touch.
Lithuania: flat delivery fee of €10 applies to all deliveries within Lithuania. We calculated this national shipping cost based on Tracking & Signature service (delivery within 3-5 working days). If you require express delivery, please get in touch.
Though we ship with Tracking & Signature service, it does not include insurance. If you require insurance for the shipping, please get in touch.
You can come to collect the purchase in person or arrange your own courier. If collecting in person, we will require a proof of identity. If you arranging a collection by a courier, we will need to know in advance what courier company will be collecting. We will require the collection signature and do not hold liability for the safety, insurance, handling or transportation of the artwork(s) from then on.
Collection from the gallery is free of charge. The collection is available during open hours at the following address: Literatų str. 9 – 1, Vilnius, Lithuania, LT-01125.
The artwork(s) are safely packaged for both shipping and collection. We follow artwork packaging guidelines defined by Saatchi( packaging guidelines). If you require different packaging, please get in touch.
• MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
You can return your purchase within 15 calendar days after its delivery date. If you wish to return your purchase please notify us by email email@example.com. We will email you the Purchase Return Form, which must be completed and included with the purchase that is being returned.
The artwork(s) must be returned to in an original state, not damaged and safely packaged (packaging guidelines), Purchase Return Form must be included in the same package.
The returns by courier must be made with Tracking & Signature delivery to the following address: Putiniskiu street – 27; 14187 Vilnius, Lithuania.
The returns in person can be arranged at the gallery, and you will need to bring your purchase to the following address: Literatu street 9, Flat 1, Vilnius, Lithuania. If you wish to return in person, please contact us to arrange the time.
The Refund will be transferred via PayPal or Direct Debit, within 5 working days of receiving the returned purchase.The Refund excludes shipping costs that were charged with the original purchase.
• CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
When ordering, the recipient is the importer of an artwork and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Though we always ship door-to-door, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As the recipient, you may also be responsible for customs clearance in the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
• CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
Every painting that you buy in our gallery is an original piece of art. We guarantee that it is an original and not a copy of any kind with a Certificate of Authenticity. We will email you a digital scan of the certificate and provide a hard-copy with the artwork(s).
